If a robot or machine has stopped on an alarm, call us 24/7: +90 533 268 32 34. We put response time and service area in writing in the service agreement.

Have this ready when you call, so diagnosis starts on the phone and the technician arrives prepared:

  • Robot make and model: from the label on the arm, e.g. ABB IRB 2600 or KUKA KR 16
  • Controller type: e.g. ABB IRC5 or KUKA KR C4
  • Serial number: from the labels on the robot and the controller cabinet
  • Alarm or error code: the number and full text, with a photo of the teach pendant screen
  • What happened just before the stop: a collision, a power cut, a program change, maintenance or work inside the cabinet
  • For a PLC fault: the PLC model, the LED status on the CPU and where the latest program backup is kept

Maintenance contracts

For plants with several robots or a critical line, a maintenance contract settles what happens in a breakdown before the breakdown. Visits are planned around your shutdown windows, critical spare parts are listed in advance and program backups are kept current.

Why these belong together

A stopped robot is usually a diagnosis, a part and a maintenance question at once. The team that finds the faulty board repairs it and checks the root cause at the next service visit. One team knows your machines' history, so you don't explain it again with every breakdown.
