• What part or product are you processing? (photos or drawings help a lot)
• How is the job done today? How many operators, how many shifts?
• What is the target? Output, cycle time, quality or workplace safety
• When does it need to be running?

• Serial number
• Error code and a photo of the teach pendant or panel screen
• What happened just before it stopped
