Mechanical Design & Manufacturing: We Build That Machine
We design and build everything around the robot that touches the part: the fixture, the gripper, the conveyor, the frame and, when nothing standard fits, the special machine. This is for manufacturers building a robot cell or changing an existing line. Design and manufacturing sit in one team: when a dimension changes on site, the team that drew the part is also responsible for remaking it.

Fixtures: the part in the same place, every cycle
FixturesA fixture holds the part in exactly the same position every cycle. The robot program has no idea where the part is; it trusts the fixture. That is why, in welding especially, the fixture decides quality before the robot does: reference surfaces, locating pins, pneumatic clamps and sensors that confirm the part is seated. Our approach for welding, assembly and inspection stations is on the fixture design and manufacturing page.
Grippers: where the robot meets the part
GrippersThe gripper, or end-of-arm tooling, picks and places the part: vacuum, mechanical fingers, magnetic, or a mix. In handling cells the hard part is rarely the robot. It is gripping the part the same way every time. Whether several parts call for a tool changer is decided at this stage too. More on the robot gripper design page.
Conveyors: transport that fits the line flow
ConveyorsConveyors bring parts into the robot cell, take them out and carry them to the end of the line. We choose belt, roller, chain or modular types, plus buffers, transfers and turntables, to suit your line speed and your product. We also install them and connect them to the existing line. Details on the conveyor systems page.
Machining, fabrication and special machines
Machining and fabricationWe machine fixture and machine components, and we fabricate welded frames, bases and guarding. When a job has no off-the-shelf answer, we design and build a special machine from scratch. When standard equipment already does most of the job, we adapt it to yours instead of starting over. Workshop and quality processes are on the machining and fabrication page.
Why these belong together
In a real cell these are not separate jobs. The conveyor delivers the part, the gripper picks it, the fixture clamps it, and all of it sits on the same frame and the same references. If a locating pin has to move during commissioning, or a new part variant arrives, the team that draws the change is also responsible for making the part. You don't place a new purchase order with another supplier or wait for a new quote.
We don't make every component ourselves. Motors, gearboxes, valves, cylinders and vacuum cups come from their manufacturers. Our job is the mechanics that bring them together around your part and your line, and getting that running on site.
